Kathy Whitman, Elk Woman of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation has a special affinity for the horse and buffalo.  The horse brought the ability to hunt and travel and the buffalo provided nourishment and clothing. This sculpture of a horse and buffalo is a tribute to the animals.

“Sacred Horse” was created using Colorado Alabaster. The sculpture measures approximately 18″ by 10″  by  11″
